The rules that actually matter

Community standards.

Soul Meet works because a real person vets every introduction. These are the standards that vetting is actually based on.

Respect and consent are non-negotiable

Every introduction assumes both people want to be there. Nobody is obligated to continue a conversation, agree to meet, or explain a change of mind. Pressuring, guilt-tripping, or repeatedly contacting someone who's said no is treated seriously and can end your access to future introductions.

Honesty about who you are and what you want

Introductions work because our team makes them based on what you've actually told us. Lying about your intentions, your identity, or what you're looking for undermines the entire point of a screened introduction rather than an open swipe.

No paid arrangements, ever. Soul Meet does not facilitate paid companionship, escort services, or any exchange of money for time, company, or intimacy between the people we introduce. Attempting to solicit or arrange this through Soul Meet is grounds for immediate removal.

Zero tolerance for harassment

Unwanted contact, threats, stalking, or coercive behaviour of any kind — reported and confirmed — results in permanent removal from future introductions. We take reports seriously and act on them personally; there's no automated appeals queue to slow that down.

How to report a concern

Use our contact form to report a person or a concern about how an introduction went. A real person reads every report, and the person involved is never introduced again through Soul Meet. See our full safety guidance for what to do if something feels wrong in the moment.
