How private introductions actually work
You fill in a short form: your name and a phone number, email optional. A real person on our team calls or messages you, usually the same day, to understand what you're actually looking for. Only after that conversation do we consider an introduction — and only if there's a genuine fit on both sides. Nothing is automated, and nothing is decided by an algorithm scanning your data.
Why there are no public profiles
A public profile is the thing most dating apps are built around — and it's also the thing that makes them the opposite of private. Anyone on the app can see it, screenshot it, or recognize you on it. Soul Meet was built the other way: there's no profile to create, because there's nothing meant to be browsed. You're never listed, searchable, or visible to anyone outside our team.
Who sees your details
Only the people on our small team who handle your call and coordinate introductions. That's it. Your name, number, and email are never shown to the person you're introduced to unless you personally choose to share them once you've decided to move forward. There's no shared database, no export, no third party with access.
How your phone number is protected
Your number is stored securely and used only to reach you about Soul Meet — never for marketing, never sold to advertisers or data brokers, never handed to the other person directly. Who actually contacts whom
We contact you first, always — never the other way around from a stranger. Once an introduction is agreed to by both sides, how you two continue — a call, a message, meeting up — is entirely up to you. Nobody is ever contacted by someone they haven't agreed to be introduced to.
How deletion works
Ask us to delete your information at any time, through the contact form, no explanation required. Your name, number, email, and anything tied to them are permanently removed within 30 days, except where we're required to keep limited records for legal or safety reasons.
